Temporary/Contract

Working as an Express Associate gives you freedom of choice and allows you to work when you want to work. Typical assignments range from a few hours to a few days to a few months. Temporary assignments give you the chance to explore potential full-time jobs, while earning extra money and learning new skills. You'll also benefit from networking opportunities and professional references.

Evaluation Hire

Our evaluation hire program allows you to “try out” a job and a potential employer for a fixed time period (usually 90 days). This gives you the chance to determine if the work environment meets your personal and professional goals. During this time there is no obligation to you or to the client company to enter into a full-time position.

After the trial period, if you and the client company are happy with the arrangement, you can accept the job. If not, you can work as an Express Associate at a different client company, and your Express representative will resume the search for a position that better meets your needs.

Direct Hire

Our direct hire program can make finding your new job more convenient. This program is at no cost to you and places you directly with one of our client companies.
